Queen B. is a Belgian luxury lingerie brand, handmade by designer Sabine Janssens. Each collection is designed to enhance the female form and to help woman embrace their femininity, whatever their size, shape or age.
Sabine creates one collection per year, handmade in small quantities and with exceptional quality. The collections tell the story of an iconic woman, fictional or real, to inspire women. Each design can also be custom made to fit the size and shape of every woman. You can find Queen B.’s collection in her lingerie atelier in Scherpenheuvel, Belgium.

All items in this shop are handmade by me. Due to changes in some fabric patterns the item you purchase can be a little different than on the photo in the shop. I try to keep these differences as little as possible. Although this is what give handmade items their uniqueness and special character. No 2 items are identical.

Belgian buyers can also pay by bank transfer. The details are mentioned in the info that you receive when your order.
Payment is due within 14 days after placing your order. When no payment is received I will try to contact you by sending a convo and an e-mail. Orders will be cancelled if there is no response within 5 business days.
Cancelled orders that are paid already will be reimbursed via Paypal or bank transfer. Cancellation is only possible for items that are not ready made yet.

All items will be shipped (with regular airmail) within the time frame as mentioned in the article description, depending on the size of your order and other running orders.
Please keep in mind that international shipping, especially trans-atlantic, can take 1 to 2 weeks. Within Europe is mostly less then 1 week.
It is always possible that your package will be delayed due to customs. Any custom fees need to be paid by the buyer and will not be refunded.

Please make sure your address on Etsy matches your address on Paypal. If these are not the same (and there is no message to seller), I will ship to your Etsy address.
